Infrastructure Acceptable Use and Service Levels Policy

Last Updated: 2026-07-24

This Infrastructure Acceptable Use and Service Levels Policy (the "Policy") applies to TFDi Design Co. ("TFDi Design", "we", "us") infrastructure services, including web hosting and related infrastructure services ("Infrastructure Services"). By using or ordering Infrastructure Services, you agree to this Policy and the applicable Subscription Terms.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Subscription Terms, the Subscription Terms control subscription/account matters. This Policy controls acceptable use and service level commitments stated in Section 3.

1. Prohibited Use and Acceptable Content

You agree not to use the Infrastructure Services to upload, transmit, store, or distribute:

  1. illegal content;
  2. copyright-infringing content (including pirated software, movies, or music);
  3. pornographic or sexually explicit content that violates applicable law;
  4. intentional hate speech or harassment intended to threaten, intimidate, or harm others;
  5. spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
  6. fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other deceptive practices;
  7. malware, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
  8. unauthorized access attempts, including scanning, probing, credential stuffing, or circumvention of security controls;
  9. denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or any activity intended to disrupt services; or
  10. activity that interferes with, disrupts, or degrades the Infrastructure Services, networks, or other users' access.

2. User Content and Responsibility

Because Infrastructure Services include hosting, you are responsible for the content, data, and materials you upload or publish through your account ("User Content"), including ensuring that User Content complies with applicable law and this Policy.

We may remove, disable, or restrict User Content or your access to Infrastructure Services if we reasonably believe it violates this Policy or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

3. Service Levels and Discretionary Compensation

4. Fair Use; Resource Utilization; Throttling

If your plan advertises "unlimited" resources, those resources are provided on a fair-use basis and are subject to protection of service availability and fair utilization for all customers.

If utilization reaches a level that negatively affects Infrastructure Services or other users, TFDi Design may impose limitations to maintain fair access, which may include throttling or other technical restrictions.

Some resource statistics may be monitored and limited (including without publication).

5. Security and Abuse Handling

If we reasonably believe your account or content is associated with security abuse, threats, or violations of this Policy, we may investigate and take actions we deem appropriate, which may include restricting access, requiring remediation, throttling, or suspension.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Infrastructure Services if you materially violate this Policy or the Subscription Terms, including for unlawful activity or security threats.

We may take action without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect security, compliance, or system stability.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellation rights (if any) are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and/or Subscription Terms. This Policy does not independently create refund rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our Legal page. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
