- Establish communications with the crew.
4. AVNCS FAN SWITCH - VERIFY OVRD
- If the avionics fan switch override light is illuminated, PUSH air system select switch and observe that the manual light illuminates, PUSH the avionics fan switch and observe override the light is illuminated.

- Once the air system pressure compared for decay rates, move the bleed air switch of the system with the lowest decay rate to the ON position.
7. ASSOCIATED PACK SWITCH - ON
- Move the associated pack switch to the ON position.
Wait 5 minutes.
MANF lights on the overhead panel should turn off within approximately 5 minutes.
"CAC MANF FAIL" ALERT REMAINS DISPLAYED
Recheck manifold decay rates to verify the correct system has been selected.
RESTORATION OF AN ADDITIONAL SYSTEM

The above circuit breakers should remain off (pulled) until aircraft is within 1 hour of landing, then reset.
6. MCDU 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER (G1) - PULL
- PULL the MCDU 1 Circuit breaker.
Wait until 1 hour has elapsed.
7. MCDU 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER (G1) - RESET
- RESET the MCDU 1 Circuit breaker.
NOTE
Verify rested (MCDU 1) indications agree with working (MCDU 2) indications.
8. MCDU 2 CIRCUIT BREAKER (G1) - PULL
- PULL the MCDU 2 Circuit breaker.
Wait until an additional hour has elapsed.

6. CABIN PRESS MANUAL RATE SELECTOR - CLIMB
- Set the CABIN PRESS MANUAL RATE SELECTOR to the CLIMB position.
Establish cabin at 1000 to 2000 fpm up. Wait until depressurized.
7. OUTFLOW VALVE INDICATOR - SET 10:30 POSITION
- Set the OUTFLOW VALVE INDICATOR to the 10:30 position.
CAUTION
Cabin crew should be briefed to keep passengers away from the cabin doors as these can be opened in flight with differential pressure less than 1 psi.

Configure aircraft as required to maintain 205 KIAS or minimum maneuvering speed whichever is lower.
